To Do List

- Bring enough fence posts to layout the route
- Bring Hi Viz vests and distribute them to the leading marshals
- Check everyone is available to attend
- Bring First Aid kit
- Check the course before the competition starts

During

- All officials arrive on time
- 100% attendance
- Check the course before the competition starts
- Setting out the fence posts for the layout of the course
- Officials stand at their correct place for their specific job
- Encouraging the young children
- Communicating with one another as a team
- Make it clear to the children where to run
- Observe the course at all times in case of an injury

After

- Make sure their is no children left on the course
- Collect up the specific posts which is near your station
- Tell the children and teachers what we thought of the efforts etc
- Discuss with the team what we thought went well
- Write a summery on the entire event and put it on our blogs
